1. Gameplay & Fair Play
BHoops.io is a free-to-play browser game. Players are expected to play fairly. Using automated bots, scripts, or exploits to manipulate the leaderboard is prohibited.
2. Local Storage
We use your browser's Local Storage to save your High Score, Lifetime Points, and unlocked cosmetics. If you clear your browser cache, this data will be lost. We are not responsible for lost save data.

1. Data We Collect
BHoops.io does not require account creation. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as emails or names. The "Player Name" you enter is stored locally on your device.
2. Local Storage
Your game progress (scores, unlocks, and settings) is saved directly to your device using HTML5 Local Storage. This data never touches our servers.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Netlify for hosting. Standard connection logs (IP address, browser user-agent) may be temporarily processed by our hosting provider for security and routing purposes.
